Confidentiality and non-disclosure
Every collaboration starts with understanding the current system. This means working with internal processes, data, integrations, and technical documentation. Confidentiality is a basic condition of this work.
Principles of information handling
- Access is requested only to information necessary to perform tasks
- Data is used strictly within the agreed scope of work
- Architectural decisions and internal processes are not disclosed to third parties
- Materials are not used in the portfolio without explicit permission
Non-disclosure (NDA)
If needed, collaboration is supported by a non-disclosure agreement. The client's NDA or a standard document can be used. Confidentiality obligations apply during the engagement and after it ends.
Access management
- Use of separate accounts
- Minimum necessary access rights
- Use of secret managers or secure transfer channels
- Revocation of access after work completion
Data and backups
When working with databases or infrastructure, technical copies may be created for analysis or migration. Such copies are used temporarily and deleted after tasks are completed.
Communication
Discussions of architecture, processes, and business logic take place in agreed communication channels. Public discussions without the client's permission are not conducted.
