Led the full implementation of Zoho CRM for an international pharmaceutical company.

  • Designed and configured custom CRM modules aligned with real field team processes.
  • Implemented distance calculation logic between static client geocoordinates and dynamic representative locations.
  • Built custom reports and dashboards for management and regional teams.
  • Delivered training for managers and field representatives.
  • Prepared structured materials for self-guided CRM adoption.

Result: CRM administration costs reduced by 5x. The system was successfully rolled out in Ukraine, Poland, and Kazakhstan.

Designed a full data architecture for a CRM system supporting an external pharmaceutical sales team.

  • Built the CRM data model from scratch with a focus on reporting accuracy and operational transparency.
